How to configure Moodle App with your Institute Portal

Hi,

Before starting Moodle in the Open-Source Learning platform design to facilitate trainers in the form of learning management system. Many educational institutes are now shifting or synchronizing their learning platforms with Moodle. In this write-up we will be how to configuring moodle app with learning management system of Riphah International University for students.

Before following these steps make sure you have active internet connection.

Now let’s get started, first of all download the Moodle app from Play Store(Android) or App Store(iOS).

As app functionality is same of both of the Mobile Operating Systems so android will be followed for artifact whereas in iOS process will be same but interface might differ.

Hope you have downloaded app from your respective store, open Moodle app by tapping on it.

As you open the app a screen will appear asking URL of university’s portal whom you want to synchronize. Enter the URL of your portal (Enter URL https://moellim.riphah.edu.pk if you are Riphah International University’s student) as shown in figure 1.3 below:

When finished writing URL and verifying that entered URL is correct click to connect button. Once you click then another screen will appear asking for your credentials. Enter credentials of your university’s portal so that moodle can connect with it as shown in figure 1.4 below:

After entering credentials you will see screen synchronized with your institute learning portal as shown in figure 1.5 below:
